One of my long time verses that I cannot forget. I did not memorize it. I cannot forget it. The meaning has full layers for all time. Like Don says there 'IS' a struggle. It just IS. We do not have the option to not fight from our place of WHAT IS... BUT... the answer becomes not us. The thing to ponder is who is the I in I have overcome the world. That thought alone has taken me years.
